Forge Water Co Warranty

This warranty applies to the original purchaser of each water treatment system sold by Forge Water Co, LLC ("Forge Water Co," "we," "us," or "our"). Forge Water Co sells equipment; installation is performed by an independent, licensed plumber that you hire and pay directly. This warranty covers the equipment we sell. It does not cover installation labor, which is the responsibility of the plumber you engage (see Section 3).

We stand behind the quality of the systems we sell. The following limited warranties apply to the original purchaser:

• Lifetime Warranty — System Dry Parts. Covers mechanical and non-consumable components that do not come into direct contact with water.
• 5-Year Warranty — Control Valve, Circuit Board, and Filtration Media. Protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Warranty Conditions & Limitations

• Coverage is valid only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained according to the manufacturer's and Forge Water Co's guidelines.
• The warranty excludes damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or environmental factors such as flooding, freezing, or contaminant levels beyond system specifications.
• Replacement parts or services rendered under this warranty do not extend or reset the original warranty period.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is the exclusive remedy and supersedes all other warranties — express or implied — including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Forge Water Co's total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the system. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

To file a claim, contact Forge Water Co customer support with your proof of purchase.

Specific components carry a manufacturer-backed warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Forge Water Co passes this coverage through to you; the manufacturer is the warrantor for these components.

• Control Valves — 5 Years
• Storage Tanks — Lifetime
• Media Tanks — Lifetime
• Ceramic Discs (Rotary Valves) — Lifetime
• Reverse Osmosis Systems — 1 Year
• Filtration Media — 5 Years

Replacement parts are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period. Labor associated with any component replacement is not included in this equipment warranty (see Section 3).

Exclusions. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents; improper installation or unauthorized repairs; acts of nature; or water conditions that foul filters, resins, or membranes.

Claim requirements. Valid proof of purchase and, where required by the manufacturer, a return authorization number.

Forge Water Co does not install systems and does not warrant installation labor. Installation is performed by an independent, licensed plumber whom you hire and pay directly. Any warranty on installation labor — including any coverage for leaks, fittings, or other workmanship arising from the installation itself — is provided solely by that plumber under their own terms. Questions or claims about installation labor should be directed to the plumber who performed the work. Improper installation may void the equipment and manufacturer warranties described above.

This warranty is exclusive and provided in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Forge Water Co is not liable for incidental or consequential damages exceeding the cost of the product itself. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
