Assessment & unit quote

We assess your water needs and recommend the right system, then give you a straightforward quote for the system itself. No high-pressure tactics — the unit quote is the unit quote.

Install by a professional of your choice

Installation is a separate job between you and a licensed professional of your choice. Forge does not install or schedule the work.

  • You choose and schedule your own licensed installer
  • A licensed professional makes the connections and starts up the system
  • Work is done to code and tested before they leave
  • Any labor warranty on the install comes from the installer

Ongoing care

Your relationship with Forge doesn't end at purchase. We're your point of contact for maintenance guidance, filter replacements, and questions.

  • Softening resin: self-regenerating, typically 5+ years
  • Carbon media: replacement on a usage-based schedule
  • Under-sink RO filters: every 6–12 months (we'll remind you)
