Terms of Use

Forge Water Co is a sales business. We sell water filtration units directly to customers, including over the phone. We do not perform plumbing or installation work. If you want your unit installed, we can refer you to an independent, licensed plumber. Any installation is a separate transaction between you and that plumber, arranged and paid for directly with them. See Section 5.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. Our products and Site are intended for customers located in the United States.

Product information. We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that all descriptions, images, or specifications on the Site are complete, current, or error-free.

Pricing. Prices for units are stated at the time of sale and are subject to change without notice until an order is placed. Any installation cost estimate we mention is a non-binding ballpark figure for the plumber's separate services; the actual installation price is set solely by the plumber.

Orders. An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount charged.

Taxes. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms in addition to ours. You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method you provide.

Forge Water Co sells equipment only. We do not install products and are not a licensed plumbing contractor. If you request installation, we may provide the name of an independent licensed plumber as a convenience. We are not a party to any agreement between you and that plumber, we do not supervise or control their work, and we are not responsible or liable for the plumber's services, workmanship, pricing, conduct, delays, or any damage or injury arising from installation. You are responsible for confirming the plumber's licensing, insurance, and suitability, and for paying the plumber directly.

Returns. Our return and refund policy, if any, will be provided at or before the time of sale and is incorporated into these Terms.

Manufacturer warranties. Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty. Any such warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by Forge Water Co, and is subject to the manufacturer's terms. We will pass through manufacturer warranty information where available.

Our disclaimer. Except for any express warranty we provide in writing and any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived, we sell products "as is" and disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Improper installation (including by a plumber we referred) may void a manufacturer's warranty and is not our responsibility.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data except as permitted; or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "Forge Water Co" name, and product descriptions — are owned by or licensed to Forge Water Co and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including advertising and referral partners. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties regarding the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Site at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forge Water Co and its members, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, our products, or any installation performed by a referred plumber. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or a product will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Forge Water Co and its members, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above and post the updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or our products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policy provided at the time of sale, are the entire agreement between you and Forge Water Co regarding the Site and our products.
